E7016 2.0/2.5/3.2/4.0/5.0 mm Carbon Steel Electrodes
Mild Steel welding electrode / welding rod E7016 has a coating with low-content hydrogen and sodium. It has excellent plasticity, tenacity and anti-cracking ability in low temperature, good arc stiffness, nearly no magnetic blow.

Notes:
1. The electrode must be preheated at the temperature of 350°C for 1 hour. Preheat the rod whenever it is used.
2. The impurities such as rust, oil stains and moisture must be cleared off of the work piece.
3.Short arc is required to perform welding. Narrow weld path is preferred.
